Advice From Sheikh Islam R.T.A

ADVICE ON OBEYING ALLAH'S DICTATES & THE DISAVOWAL OF THE PSEUDO-SUFIS By: Shaykh Ibrahim Niasse (ra) If you claim to follow Shaykh Ibrahim Niasse (ra), you need to read and understand this: ﻣﻦ ﺍﻗﻮﺍﻝ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﺍﺑﺮﺍﻫﻴﻢ ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻨﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺮﺳﺎﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﺟﺒﺔ ﻭ ﺇﻥ ﺷﺄﻧﻲ ،ﻛﻤﺎ ﻋﻠﻤﺘﻢ، ﻣﻦ ﺃﺭﺍﺩ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻣﻌﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﻲ ﻓﻠﻴﺴﻠﻚ ﻃﺮﻳﻘﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻷﻗﻮﺍﻝ ﺍﻷﻓﻌﺎﻝ ﺑﺎﻣﺘﺜﺎﻝ ﺍﻷﻭﺍﻣﺮ ﻭﺍﺟﺘﻨﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻨﻮﺍﻫﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻈﺎﻫﺮ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﺎﻃﻦ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻌﻄﺶ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺸﻮﻕ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻮﺻﻮﻝ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻣﺮﺿﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻭﺭﺳﻮﻟﻪ. It is my concern, as you know, that everyone who desires to be with me in my spiritual state should travel my path (by emulating my example) in both word and deed--by obeying the commands and avoiding the prohibitions (of Allah)--both inwardly and outwardly--and by thirsting and longing to attain the pleasure of Allah and His Messenger(SAWS) . ﺃﻣﺎ ﻣﻦ ﻳﻨﺘﺴﺐ ﺇﻟﻴﻨﺎ ﻭﻳﺮﺗﻜﺐ ﺷﻴﺌﺎ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺨﺎﻟﻔﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻳﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻄﻬﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻳﻔﺔ ﺑﺎﻗﺘﺤﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﺮﻣﺎﺕ ﻭﺗﺮﻙ ﺍﻟﻤﺄﻣﻮﺭﺍﺕ ﻓﺄﺷﻬﺪﻛﻢ ﻭﺃﺷﻬﺪ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺃﻧﻲ ﺑﺮﻱﺀ ﻣﻨﻪ ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺇﻧﻲ ﺑﺮﻱﺀ ﺇﻟﻴﻚ ﻣﻤﺎ ﺻﻨﻊ ﻫﺆﻻﺀ As for the person who is affiliated with us and is doing t...

Last Sermon Of The Prophet S.A.W

LAST SERMON OF HOLY PROPHET MOHAMAD. THIS SERMON WAS DELIVERED ON THE NINTH DAY OF DHUL-HIJJAH 10 AD IN THE URANAH VALLEY OF MOUNT ARRAFAT "O people, lend me an attentive ear, for I know not whether, after this year, I shall ever be amongst you again. Therefore listen to what I am saying to you very carefully and TAKE THESE TO THOSE WHO COULD NOT BE PRESENT HERE TODAY. O people, just as you regard this month, this day, this city as sacred, so regard the life and property of every muslim as a sacred trust. Return the goods entrusted to you to their rightful owners. Hurt no one so that no one may hurt you. Remember that you will indeed meet your lord and that He will indeed reckon your deeds. ALLAH has forbidden you to take usury (interest). Therefore all interst obligation shall henceforth be waived. Beware of Satan, for the safety of your religion. He has lost all hope that he will ever be able to lead you astray in things, so beware of following him in small things. O people,...

Virtues Of Arafat Day

What are the Virtues of the Day of Arafaah ? Most importantly for those not in Hajj: Fasting on this day is the best deed for any able Muslim, may Allah make it easy for us. AMIN Fasting on this day is an expiation for two years. It was reported from Abu Qutaadah (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was asked about fasting on the Day of ‘Arafaah. He said, “It expiates for the sins of the previous year and of the coming year.” Narrated by Muslim. This (fasting) is mustahabb for those who are not on Hajj. In the case of the one who is on Hajj, it is not Sunnah for him to fast on the Day of ‘Arafaah, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did not fast on this day in ‘Arafaah. It was narrated that he forbade fasting on the Day of ‘Arafaah in ‘Arafaah. Praise be to Allaah. 1. It is the day on which the religion was perfected and Allaah’s Favour was completed. In Al-Saheehayn it was ...

A Good Lesson

There lived a pious man all by himself, who spent most of his time in praying, fasting and praising Allah. Almost all his waking hours were utilised in meditation and devotions. He was very happy with his spiritual progress. No wicked thoughts came to his mind and no evil temptations entered his heart. One night, he dreamt a rather disturbing dream. He saw that a shopkeeper in the town was far superior to him in spirituality and that he must go to him to learn the basics of true spiritual life. In the morning, the pious man went in search of the shopkeeper. He found him busy with his customers, selling goods and collecting money with a cheerful face. He sat there in a corner of the shop and watched the shopkeeper carefully. No signs of any spiritual life at all, he said to himself. His dream could not be true. But then he saw the shopkeeper disappear to pray his Salah. When he returned, he was busy dealing with money matters again. The shopkeeper noticed the pious man sitting i...

Arafat Day

As-Salam Alaykum dear ones, The Day of Arafah is the greatest Day of the Year just as the Laylat-ul-Qadr is the greatest Night. This Deen was revealed on the Laylat al-Qadr and completed on the Yawm Arafah.  Besides lots of Dhikr and Du'a, Tijanis can do these things on that sacred day and after: 1- Fast on the Day! Our Master of Masters, the blessed Prophet Muhammad (SAW) used to fast on that Day. He also said that Allah will forgive the sins of the "past year" and the "coming year" of the person who fasts on that Day. Sidna Shaykh Ibrahim Niasse (RA) used say that this means that person who fasts on that day will hopefully live another year! 2- Recite the Ayat al-Hirs (Verse No 128 till end of Surah Tawbah), 360 Times before Sunset with the intention of Protection, Mercy and Guidance for the whole year. Here are the Verses (last two verses of Surah 9): لَقَدْ جَآءَكُمْ رَسُوۡلٌ مِّنْ اَنۡفُسِكُمْ عَزِیۡزٌ عَلَیۡه مَا عَنِتُّمْ حَرِیۡصٌ عَلَی...

Today's Quote

We sin, and then open up to others about them, and afterwards we feel so much worse; why? It's because Allah is our comforter, not people. One day everything will come to an end, and you will taste every fruit of your deeds.
