Seyi Ujud

Imam al-Busiri was paralysed so he wrote a poem (Qasidah al-Burdah) in praise of Rasūlullāh ﷺ with hope that Allāh would cure him. One night, he fell asleep and saw the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ who told him to recite what he had written.

Rasūlullāh ﷺ was so pleased that he placed his cloak over Imam al-Busiri, and when he awoke, he was completely cured. Mawlaya Sali Wa Salim Da'iman... is now one of the most reknowned poems in the world. May Allāh cure our ill.
